David Nissen is a retired professional bassoon player with a lifetime of playing experience in almost all of the symphony orchestras of the UK; he has also had a long professional career teaching in colleges and schools.

David Nissen now produces Nissen Bassoon Crooks - professional manufactured quality bocals of the highest standard and sold world wide.

David is also Musical Director of Gypsy Life and Klezmerco - musicians who perform traditional Gypsy, Jewish and eastern European music
